If you're a working mom, it can be a struggle to get back into a routine with your kids.

What are the top tips to help start the school year on the right foot?

  • Eat a healthy breakfast.
  • Stay in contact with your child's teacher.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Be sure to stay physically active.
  • Set up a homework schedule.
