TOIL: How to Switch Off Chronic Disease
Most of you might be familiar with the saying of Hippocrates, Greek physician and the Father of Western Medicine, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

Over the years, it seems like that saying has seemed to disappear from people's minds.

Today's society is overfed, and people are suffering from all types of health illnesses like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and chronic diseases.

The root cause of all chronic disease might stem from four basic ongoing conditions at the cellular level.

Each of these four factors are grouped together under the acronym TOIL:
  • Toxicity
  • Oxidation
  • Inflammation
  • Less than optimal mitochondrial energy

Hugo Rodier, MD, shares more about the TOIL factors and how you can switch off chronic disease.
