Dr. Hotze. founded the Hotze Health and Wellness Center in 1989. In the 1960s, pharmaceutical companies started coming out with synthetic thyroid hormone and developed a blood test to determine and diagnose hypothyroidism.

The blood test became the standard of diagnosis and it's still used today.

But, given new information on the scientific docket, using this test often leads to a misdiagnosis.
