Health Resolution: Lose the Soft Drinks!
Soft drinks and diet soft drinks are incredibly unhealthy for you.

One can or bottle of your favorite soft drink can contain up to 10 teaspoons of sugar. This amount of sugar is enough to make a diabetic cringe.

Not to mention the caffeine, chemicals, and complete lack of nutritional value these drinks contain.

Sure, they taste good...but, at what cost?

Drinking soft drinks regularly can cause cavities, gum disease, diabetes, cancer, heart disease and more.
