The SOFI Project is a non-profit organization founded by Temple that rescues and rehabilitates dogs and cats globally and is headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Do people around you ever tell you you're not good enough?

Do you bury who you really are in fear of disapproval?

Are you constantly making excuses for not living your true potential?

According to special guest Temple Hayes, these are all markers of someone who is dying, on a day-to-day basis, and not living.

Temple had to overcome years of addictive behaviors before she realized this, but now having been sober for 28 years, she is helping others realize their full potential in life.

For Temple, it was never a struggle being sober. The struggle comes when you're not doing what you KNOW to do. You can be successful in your career and still not be happy, or in a relationship yet feel alone.

Being in alignment with who you really are still presents challenges, but at least you are not constantly bringing yourself down. 

In Temple's eyes, there's nothing more fearful than living your entire life without having tapped in to who you were really meant to be. Dying day after day kills your dreams, hopes, possibilities, and self-esteem.

And, by living in that negative space, you're reflecting unhappiness and impacting others around you.

So, it's time to stop the negative talk and give up some control. The next time you find yourself going down that rabbit hole, stop and say: "I am open, and I'm willing to put my whole self IN." Be immersed in anything possible. If you're open in your heart and your mind, the possibilities are endless.
