The UAB Comprehensive Transplant Institute is establishing a growing network of outreach clinics in order to provide patients throughout Alabama with convenient access to state-of-the-art treatment options for complications of chronic liver and kidney disease. Mohamed Shoreibah MD and Gaurav Agarwal MD discuss how these clinics and novel treatment, which is provided by physicians who are nationally recognized as experts in the field, can improve patient outcomes and improve the quality of life for patients with chronic liver and kidney disease.
