    A lot of women leave corporate high-level careers; not due to their lack of ambition or talent, but because it doesn't seem feasible. With long work hours and increasing costs for child care, how can you even afford to be a working mom?

    On the other hand, that same ambition and talent stimulated in a work environment creates fulfillment, pride and accomplishment. It gives women balance. 

    Many mothers say that separation from your kids is a healthy and positive thing, that helps them be better and more patient parents.

    But this also raises some questions. What is the difference between working mothers and fathers? Do women tend to worry about family and balance more?
