Whose Weight Causes More Relationship Problems: Hers or His?
Have you ever been in a relationship where one of you was not a healthy weight? Addressing health issues related to eating, exercise and weight is challenging. Health concerns for one partner can cause tension when going out, making it tougher to maintain the relationship.

The problem comes down to common life goals. Do you want the same things? Do you have similar activity levels? Do you have similar meal ideas?

Listen in as Dr. Russ L'HommeDieu discusses mixed weight couples.
