Regret-Free Holiday Tips
The holidays are a time of family, friends, and feasting.

Unfortunately, that last part may cause you to have some regrets when you can no longer fit into your skinny jeans.

It doesn't have to be that way.

Naturopathic Doctor and beauty expert, Dr. Karuna Sabnani, shares some easy strategies that will have you enjoying your holidays rather than regretting them.

For instance, she suggests that you start your holiday morning off with some sort of exercise, whether it's a long walk or a yoga session. A walk between your dinner and dessert is also a good idea, and can actually be a nice time for family interaction.

Certain ingredients can help you burn fat and digest food properly, including green tea and bitters. Bitters are great for your liver, cleansing your blood and can even ease bloating.

And remember to eat SLOWLY! This will cause you to eat less throughout the day, because it gives your body a chance to say, "I'm full."

Join Dr. Sabnani as she shares more information on these tips and more.
