Men Dieting, Women Dieting: Is There a Difference?
Have you and your spouse or partner gone on a diet together? Does it seem that he does practically nothing and loses more weight than you without even trying?

Sure, men might be from Mars and women might be from Venus, but when it comes to dieting, he seems to lose weight effortlessly while you struggle, starve and deprive yourself of life's greatest pleasure: eating.

Is there a difference in the way men and women diet? What can you do to even the odds?

Jim White, RD, joins Melanie Cole, MS, to discuss the differences in dieting with men and women and how you can "catch up" to his speedy weight loss.
