Working Out Is Great for You, but... Oooh that Smell
After a good workout you feel great, but your body odor leaves a little to be desired.

Sweat, rashes and smelly feet are just a few results of a successful workout.

You shower to combat these effects, but even that can only do so much.

However, with some preparation, you can make these awful situations easier to deal with.

Wearing looser clothes, showering before your workout and staying hydrated are just a few ways to help prevent these possibly embarrassing situations.

Listen in as fitness expert, Grace DeSimone, shares helpful advice to keep the smell at bay and make those nasty rashes less uncomfortable.
