Healthy Autumn Running
If you're a casual runner or a marathon runner, it's always important to properly prepare yourself to avoid overuse injuries.

Strength training can really help to prevent those overuse injuries, runners knee and stress fractures... just to name a few.

Fall is a beautiful time of year to run outdoors, but you want to make sure you keep an eye out for those late-season obstacles like wet leaves and darting squirrels.

Listen in as Dr. Jordan D. Metzl discusses fall running and how to get through it injury-free.
