Change is Beautiful: Manifesting a Better YOU
As you look ahead to the years to come, what is it that you want to accomplish?

Once you determine what you want, your next step is to determine how you're going to get there.

It may seem like a very simple answer, but a lot can be said for just "putting your mind to it." You have to recognize what is holding you back, and what you can do to address those things and move forward.

Oftentimes, that involves some emotional assessment, and hopefully healing.

Everything starts with your mind... there are so many physical ailments that can stem from (or be linked to) emotional ailments. Until your emotions are truly dealt with and you come to terms with what's going on "up there," you'll continue to suffer from physical effects. If you can work through your emotions, then you can help prevent certain physical aspects from being manifested.

What are some ways you can help calm both the mind and body?

Mind-body therapy can be extremely helpful for all aspects of your life.

Yoga and meditation are two great practices for easing the "monkey mind" that many people experience on a minute-to-minute basis.

Not only that, but many times creativity can blossom from the peace you achieve with yoga and meditation.

The practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique; also known as "tapping") can result in a significant emotional release. This is a great technique to learn, because you can essentially do it anywhere... from the comfort of your own home, to your office; even while driving.

Another helpful technique is bio-energetic therapy, where you use certain body movements to attain emotional release. For some, this type of therapy can be much more effective than the traditional "talk" therapy.

The thing to keep in mind that each person can benefit from different therapies and techniques. There's not just one universal answer for everyone.

Listen in as Lisa and Andrea discuss some of the ways they find emotional peace, as well as how you can start thinking about a positive change in your own life.
