Enjoy Health & Longevity with Key Anti-Inflammatory Foods
When special guest Vinnie Tortorich went in for a major shoulder surgery, his doctors didn't plan on his recovery going so well and so seamlessly.

In fact, Vinnie was completely off pain killers just eight days after his surgery. His doctors were amazed, as well as curious.

What was Vinnie's secret?

Certainly key to his rapid recovery was this: not one hospital meal; no sugars, no grains.

Instead, Vinnie had food brought in during his four-day stay, consisting of vegetables, grass-fed meat, fish, and eggs, plus a lot of fish oil... all foods that fight inflammation, the root cause of so many health issues.

Of course, Vinnie has spent many years being dedicated to eating right, so he came into the surgery well ahead of the game.

But, you can follow his example and start eating healthier, whether you have a major surgery coming up or not.

Tune in as Vinnie joins Andrea and Lisa to share more about why he was able to recover so quickly, as well as which foods you should be eating and which inflammatory foods you should be avoiding.
