Recently, there has been a lot of hype around how often you should be washing your hair, or if you should be skipping shampoo altogether.

Celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, and Gwyneth Paltrow all swear by the 'no poo' trend and believe that the detergents in shampoo strip hair of its healthy, natural oils.
