How to Feed the Anti-Breakfast Eater in Your Family
Not everyone is a breakfast fan.

Many individuals, kids included, just can't stomach something that early in the morning... especially if they're off to school or work before the sun even rises.

But, as they say, breakfast is "the most important meal of the day."

How can you best address the anti-breakfast eater in your household?

Registered Dietitian, Ashley Koff, has some helpful tips.

First, it's important to remember that hunger sets in when the body is actually awake. So, get the body moving or drink some water to stimulate the digestive system.

You can also turn breakfast into a "treat" opportunity, with yummy-tasting smoothies, fresh juices, and even breakfast "cookies."

A great way to approach the morning is to break up your breakfast. School kids often have snack time early in the school day and lunch earlier than what they may experience at home.

Listen in as Koff joins Andrea and Lisa to share tips for dealing with the folks in your family who just can't do breakfast (you included).
