The Relationship Between Sleep & Weight
Sufficient sleep keeps our physical, mental and emotional health intact.  When we sleep well, we feel refreshed, positive and ready to take on the world!  When we do not, we feel sluggish, crabby and unable to focus.

Research shows that sleep plays an important role in weight management and decreasing the risk of metabolic disorders.  Dr. Matthew Mingrone, lead physician for EOS Sleep California Centers, explains the correlation and importance between sleep and weight and provides tips to help you sleep more soundly.
