Water: Fountain of Youth!

Working indoors, taking medications, eating processed food and sitting constantly is leading to our own chronic dehydration.

Low-grade dehydration leads to fatigue and brain fog. It also contributes to chronic illness and autoimmune disease.

Drinking water all day long won’t hydrate you properly. Structured or gel water as available in fruits and vegetables will hydrate you. Consume mineral water, eat your greens, enjoy smoothies and get some sunlight. Consider adding chia seeds to your meals.

Listen as Dr. Dana Cohen joins Dr. Mike Smith to share how to improve your hydration.
