Do You Have Superwoman Syndrome?

Women are juggling family and career demands, trying to be superwomen. They’re often stretched too thin.

They also don’t focus on their own health, trying to power through today’s demands to make it to tomorrow. Without taking care of themselves and putting life’s oxygen mask on themselves first, their health suffers.
