The More You Eat, The Hungrier You Feel
From all-you-can-eat buffets to unlimited bread sticks and pizzas as large as kitchen tables, there's no denying Americans have hearty appetites.

Why is that we are eating more calories than ever before, yet still feel so unsatisfied?

There is a reason why diet soda drinkers are more likely to be obese than non-diet drinkers.

It's because when you reach for empty calories, your body goes into starvation mode. Your body is literally clinging on to calories, and this starvation mode makes it harder to make good choices when it's finally meal time again.

Listen in as health expert Joey Thurman shares the reasoning behind feeling hungry even after you've eaten, as well as the foods you can eat to help you stay fuller longer.
