Holiday Stress & Intimacy
Holiday season is here, and so is all the extra stress that comes with it.

A Canadian study showed that men take stress harder than women and that women fare better in the face of stress.

In one study of more than 24,000 adults, men who had high demand and low control in their jobs or had job insecurity were more likely to have had episodes of major depression.

Overall, the study shows that men's five biggest stressors are:
  1. Finances
  2. Family and Relationships
  3. Job Stability
  4. Fast Pace of Life
  5. Health

What are some stress relief tips?
  • Laugh more
  • Confidentially assert yourself
  • Yoga
  • Practice letting go
  • Speak slower

Listen in as Michael J. Trombley, MD, shares what the five biggest stressors are for men, as well as some stress relief tips.
