How to Stay Healthy while Traveling
According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, Americans make more than 405 million long-distance trips per year. This means that millions of people are often away from their routine, especially when it comes to making diet, exercise and sleep a priority.

The good news is there are things you can do to stay healthy, even while doing a lot of traveling.

Leading up to your travel date, you may be running around trying to get every last-minute thing done. By putting yourself in overdrive, you're setting yourself up to crash, where you lose energy, become ill, fuel your body with unhealthy foods, or skip your pre-planned workouts.

What are the three most important things a traveler can do to stay healthy?

Listen in as certified integrative nutrition health coach, Jayne McAllister, shares her tips to stay healthy while traveling.
