Nervous Stomach vs. Iron Stomach
An “iron stomach” seems to be able to handle anything.

But, an iron stomach is more normal than you may realize.

A nervous stomach or sensitive stomach can suffer from indigestion after eating or drinking, accompanied by excessive gas or bloating, nausea, cramping, or bowl symptoms. An ulcer may even be present.
