Food allergies can be dangerous; even deadly.

Conditions including colic in babies, sinus infections, ear infections, and eczema can all be indicators of a food allergy or food sensitivity. The triggers range from gluten and dairy to egg and soy.

After realizing that both she and her two children unknowingly suffered from a variety of allergies, Chef Heather Christo made it her mission to create solutions for the whole family, as well as for allergy sufferers across the globe.

Her goal is to inspire and empower people and families through safe, wholesome and delicious food so they can live fully and give joy to those around them.
