Bio: Dr. Mike is America’s Culinary Interventionalist. As a cardiologist and a chef, Dr. Mike has combined his culinary talents with cutting-edge medical expertise and insight. In addition to continuing his clinical work, he currently serves as affiliate faculty at The University of Montana, College of Health Professions and Biomedical Sciences. He teaches, lectures, speaks and cooks across the United States and all over the globe.
