Wonder woman: She sources self worth from success, achievement and recognition. She’s driven but can go to far. She can lose her softness and compassion. Cortisol is a dominant hormone for her to cope. She stores body fat around the belly.

Nurturer: She sources her self worth from being there for others. She’s caregiving, kind and compassionate. She may put other people’s needs above her own, de-prioritizing herself. She may have adrenal and thyroid issues. She engages in comfort eating. Elevated estrogen means fat is stored on thighs and hips.

Femme fatale: She sources her sense of self from her physical body. She can have any body type. She’s grasping to feel beautiful.

Ethereal: Her self worth comes from being creative, imaginative and different. She has lower levels of estrogen and often has low body fat. Depression, infertility, and digestion issues are common.

You have to recognize the childhood memory attached to your archetype and reinterpret it.

Listen as Dana joins Dr. Taz to share how to find your archetype and change your behaviors with food.
