EP 138 - Opening Up About Sexual Health Issues
Your sex life is an important part of your overall health, but women don’t tend to talk about these issues with their doctors as much as they should.

Dr. Heather Bartos notes that sexual issues are almost an epidemic, as so many women struggle with their sex lives -- whether it’s low libido, dealing with a partner with low libido, or discomfort with what their partner is asking of them.

This episode touches on what constitutes a healthy sex life, what to do to improve your sex life, and how to address the self-esteem and mindset issues that cause problems in our sex lives.

Listen as Dr. Bartos joins Dr. Taz to discuss sexuality.
