Reading to Your Kids: One of Life's Greatest Pleasures
Your days are busy, to say the least.

They get so hectic, that you sometimes forget to spend that quality time with your kids.

What better way to do that to than to read to and with them?

When they're babies, reading to them helps them to learn speech, and it is also very soothing.

When they are toddlers, reading to them helps them to learn words and feel cuddled by mommy or daddy.

You may soon realize as a parent that reading time becomes soothing for you as well.

It's a time to forget everything on the to-do list, and listen to a good story.

Special guest, Dr. Shelly Flais, MD, joins Melanie Cole, MS, to share all the reasons why reading to your kids is truly one of life's greatest pleasures.
