Robert Mendelson MD, FAAP is a General Pediatrician for more than 40 years with Pediatric Associates of  the Northwest in Portland, OR. He is a National Media Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has made multiple appearances on TV, both national and regional and multiple radio appearances. He speaks on general pediatric topics, including parenting , behavioral,  nutrition and obesity and immunization issues. He especially enjoys discussing  the first year of life and it's importance to infants and their parents.  He is the Co-editor of Oh Baby: How to Love (and Survive) Your Baby's First  Year.
