Many people create a list of New Year's resolutions to finally get healthy.

But in doing so, you often forget that you also need to create a list of your bad habits – so you can STOP doing them.

The bad habits that got you unhealthy in the first place are the same bad habits that prevent any good ones from helping you. 

So make your list of healthy resolutions; but also be honest with yourself and list the bad ones as well.
