Love Sick? Dating in Your 50s & Up
What makes dating in your 50s so difficult or challenging?

It seems like EVERYTHING in your life has changed. Your career is significantly further along than it was decades ago, if you have kids they are grown up and probably in their own relationships, and you may be past a previous marriage or relationship.

People don't mingle the way they used to. Online dating is now the norm, with singles getting to know each other online.

The one thing that hasn't changed about dating when you are older is that sex does still matter. Sex isn't something that you grow out of or no longer desire.

Frances Kuffel has been a composition professor, literary agent and now works in social media with nonfiction writers. She also blogs on weight and women's issues for Psychology Today. In this segment, Frances eloquently shares her clinical "research" and dating tips for people in their 50s and up.
