Slow Beauty
In a constant state of chaos and being on the go, there's no denying you might feel stressed, fatigued, and disconnected from your health.

You may want to consider slow beauty.

The slow beauty movement was created as a direct response to a lifestyle that has become too fast and needs some slowing down.

According to lifestyle futurist, Shel Pink, the slow beauty philosophy is a balance between expansiveness and restriction; a middle way that explores the big ideas of growing young, the spiritualization of beauty, and practicing a renewed feminism that re-frames our ideas and ideals about beauty.

What else do you need about slow beauty?

Shel shares what slow beauty is, why it's beneficial to your health, and ways you can start practicing today.
