Creating a Natural First Aid Kit
In today's chaotic and unexpected world, you truly never know what can happen from the moment you wake up to the moment you turn into bed again at night.

Tucked away in your bathroom or medicine cabinet, there might be a first aid kit full of conventional medicine. But what if there were other effective remedies to heal in a more natural way?

You might want to consider putting together a natural first aid kit. Whether you have cuts, bruises, allergies, or food poisoning, there are natural ways to treat and heal.

One effective tool to have in a natural first aid kit is castor oil. This oil can be used as an antiviral, antibacterial and anti-fungal. Castor oil can also help treat skin conditions as an anti-inflammatory.

What other natural tools should you have in a first aid kit?

Naturopathic doctor and pioneer of natural first aid since 1086, Keri Brown, ND, joins Dr. Holly to share the importance of having a natural tool kit, what remedies to keep in your kit, and the benefits of each remedy.
