Are You Really Who You Think You Are?
Are you someone who has had your whole life planned out since you were a little kid?

Or, maybe you were always directed by your parents or other relatives as to what you "need" to do in your life. You may follow what people tell you, yet your heart is pulling you in a different direction.

Having a plan for your future isn't necessarily a bad thing; but sometimes life throws you curve balls and what you expected (or hoped) doesn't always work out.

Sarah Corey, a healthy lifestyle coach, thought she had everything. She was working at a very successful company, climbing her way up the ladder.

However, something inside her was not satisfied. She finally decided to listen to her inner voice and change her entire life. She did a complete 180 and decided to study naturopathic medicine.

Can you really live your own dream, despite what others might be telling you?

Sarah joins Dr. Holly to share why it's important to always follow your heart and to listen to those inner gut feelings.
