Preventative Health Benefits of Tea
Doris Day's Tea for Two made the beverage more popular than ever in the 1950's... but, did you know that tea has been around for thousands of years?

In fact, this aromatic beverage has some very preventative health benefits. That's right. You are drinking the brew of a vegetable.

There are many types of tea: green, oolog, black, just to name a few. Each has its own antioxidant levels, and all have some very viable healthy properties.

Studies show that tea can help you lose weight, fight cancer and stay heart healthy.

Cindi Bigelow, an expert in tea, joins Andrea to explain everything tea realted. Rest assured, you will be fascinated and may just want an extra cup!
