The 52 New Foods Challenge
Like many parents, Jennifer Tyler Lee struggled to get her kids to eat healthy, balanced meals.

The answer, she discovered, was making it a game. "We’ll try one new food each week," she told her kids. "You pick!"

She called it the 52 New Foods Challenge, and she had no idea what a success it would be... not only for her immediate family, but for families all over the nation (and even world).

The Challenge includes a week-by-week guide that gives parents practical tips to dramatically change the way their families eat. Each week offers a healthy new food to try, from artichokes to zucchini, and includes easy recipes and fun activities to work on as a family; from learning to cook together and enjoying the farmers’ market to experimenting with growing your own food.

It's all about creating fun, positive experiences around preparing and eating meals.

Tune in as Jennifer joins Andrea and Lisa to share more about her 52 New Foods Challenge and how it changed her family for the better, as well as how you can start with the Challenge today.
