DIY Kombucha
Kombucha is a bubbly drink that has taken over grocery store refrigerators across the country. It not only tastes great, it has healthy properties such as probiotics and antioxidants. Plus, it's a healthier alternative to sugary sodas.

But, buying it from the store can get expensive. Some one-serving bottles can cost up to $5.

Instead, certified Nutrition Consultant Lila Volkas says you can make your own kombucha at home for as little as 50 cents per gallon (equivalent to eight bottles).

Lila joins Lisa Davis to discuss kombucha's health benefits, as well as share some of her favorite DIY recipes.
