Clean eating is a program that is based on the idea that the best way to eat is to just really eat whole foods.
To only indulge in foods that are as close to their natural state as they can be.
This means eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins instead of pre-packaged, processed foods or fast food.
If we all ate this way, think of how much healthier we would be as a nation.
It may be difficult, however, for some people to overcome their love of junk food.
