National Youth Sport Safety Week: Let Them Play!
You want your kids to be physically fit and healthy, especially in the wake of the childhood obesity epidemic that's sweeping our nation.

You probably also want them to be involved in sports and become a part of a team -- not only for the physical fitness benefits, but so they also learn how to be a team player and develop good sportsmanship.

However, while accomplishing all of this, first and foremost you want to keep them safe.

Every year over 20 million kids in the U.S. participate in sports, and almost one million suffer serious sports-related injuries.

As a parent, do you know what precautions to take to keep your kids safe as they participate in sports?

Special guest, Dr. Michael F. Bergeron, explains all you need to know if your kids are gearing up for their next game, match or event.
