The truth is, you don't have to be in the lotus position in a candlelit room to meditate. You can learn to meditate anywhere.

Meditation can relieve stress, lower your blood pressure, give you time to think and reflect, and help you relax. 

And yes, you can really meditate anywhere. You just need to learn how to shut off the rest of the world and focus inward. Your heart rate will slow down and your breathing will be easier.

Meditation might just be one of the greatest forms of medicine.
