She has been a contributor for FoxNews.com and written several book chapters. Stoler authored the ACSM's Current Comment on Childhood Obesity.

What is some her best advice?

Tip #1: Don't underestimate your calories; keep track of everything you put in your mouth.

Tip #2: Stop eating off your kid's plates. If they don't finish their food, throw it out.

Tip #3: Simply put, eat more veggies.

Tip #4: Establish an empowered thought process. What does this mean? It means STOP with the negative self talk.

Tip #5: Repeat Tip #1. You cannot underestimate the calories you consume. You must be honest with yourself for the best results.
