This leads to bodies storing more fat than the body can use. Some folks are genetically predisposed to weight issues. Others may have a very slow metabolism.
Many diseases are linked with diabetes: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease. Active fat cells produce a lot of the inflammation that causes these diseases.
Garlic can reduce inflammation in the body. Aged garlic extract supplements are an option for those who are concerned about smelling of garlic. Healthy individuals can take two Kyolic tablets per day. Those with chronic inflammation can take up to four tablets per day.
