Joint pain is a common issue amongst people when they get older. But, just because you are aging does not mean that you have to have suffer with joint pain problems forever. You can age without pain in your joints.

Tip 1: Stay Active

You need to move and you need to exercise. This does not mean you have to go to a gym or do anything strenuous. Exercise can be as simple as walking. If you just keep movement going in your life, the joints will function much better.
