Cannabis Grand Rounds is a new podcast developed by our hosts Leslie S Matthews MD, MBA, Leigh Vinocur MD MS, and Hal Altman MD MS, on all things medical cannabis made by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals.
Our 3 hosts are "unicorns" of sorts (as Les calls them), as they are medical doctors with Master's Degrees in Medical Cannabis from the University of Maryland, the first Master's Degree of its kind in the nation. This work brought the 3 doctors together and led them to create a podcast to help educate doctors and healthcare providers on all things cannabis.
In this introductory episode, we'll hear their mission moving forward with the podcast and their personal goals in bringing cannabis education to more medical professionals. Welcome to Cannabis Grand Rounds!
Cannabis Grand Rounds is produced by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals to provide accurate and unbiased education on all things cannabis. The show is hosted by Drs. Matthews, Vinocur and Altman, who are all physicians with Masters Degrees in medical cannabis science and therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. The Podcast accepts no external funding or advertising.
