Dr. Tricia Psota is a registered dietitian and nutrition scientist in the Washington DC metropolitan area. She is a trusted food and nutrition expert specializing in research, education, and clinical dietetics with a focus on weight management, cardiovascular nutrition, and sports nutrition. She is an active member of the American Society for Nutrition and serves on their Development Committee. She is a member of multiple dietetic practice groups (DPG) within the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, in particular the Weight Management DPG, Nutrition Research DPG, Vegetarian Nutrition DPG, Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition DPG, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs DPG. She serves on the board of the DC chapter of the Academy and currently holds the position of Treasurer-Elect.
