We collect certain information through our current website, located at www.radiomd.com (our "Website") and may collect information using platforms currently under development, including, but not limited to, mobile applications. The Website and other platforms shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Platforms". This page (this "Privacy Policy") lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of any such information which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity when used alone, or when combined with other personal or identifying information which is linked or linkable to a specific individual ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII").

This Privacy Policy applies only to our Platforms. It does not apply to any third party site or service linked to our Platforms or recommended or referred by our Platforms or by our staff. And it does not apply to any other website or online service operated by our company, or to any of our offline activities.

A. PII We Collect

We offer a variety of services through our Platforms, including, but not limited to, live streaming programs, expert blogs, on-demand videos, articles, recipes and our health and wellness newsletter ("Services"). We may collect the following PII from individuals who register on one of our Platforms or use the Services: name, username, email address, IP address. We may also collect the following PII at our users' option or based upon users' Services selection(s): gender, user-generated personal description, image/avatar, address, city, state, country, phone number, social profile information, geo-location. The Platforms also permit users to post user-generated comments via social media integration and to submit content to us, and our collaborating partner(s), via e-mail.

We also use "cookies" to collect certain information from users. A cookie is string of data our systems send to your computer and then uses to identify your computer when you return to our Website. Cookies give us usage data about your use of the Website, like how often you visit, where you go on the Website, how much time you spend there and what you do. The information collected from cookies is anonymous, and we do not use such information to identify individual users. We may allow analytics companies to use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to collect anonymous information about your computers or mobile devices.

Our Platforms are not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly allow children under the age of thirteen (13) to register for any service, and we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

B. Our Use of PII

We use your PII to create your registration, to communicate with you about our Services, to provide certain opt-in services such as our newsletter, and to provide you with information about our new Services that might interest you. We also use your PII to the extent necessary to enforce our Platforms' terms of service and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.

User generated content you post through the Platforms such as comments and certain social networking preferences may be viewed by the general public. Accordingly, we cannot ensure the privacy of any PII included in such user generated content.

Content submitted to us via e-mail, including, but not limited to information relating to your health or wellness, may be incorporated into the Services, at our discretion. We do not have control over content submitted to our collaborating partner(s) via e-mail, and such content may be used by our partners at their discretion. By submitting content via e-mail, you consent to the use of such content, including any PII, in this manner and for these purposes.

We use cookies so that our Website can remember you and provide you with the information you're most likely to need. For instance, when you return to our Website, cookies recognize you and allow you to log in more quickly. Finally, we use information gained through cookies to compile statistical information about use of our Website, such as the time users spend at the site and the pages they visit most often. These statistics do not include PII. Analytics companies may analyze this information to help us understand how our Platforms are being used.

C. Protection of PII

We employ database encryption to protect the PII collected when you register. Unfortunately, even with these measures , we cannot guarantee the security of PII. By using our Platforms, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Platforms at your own risk.

D. Contractor and other Third party Access to PII

We give certain independent contractors access to PII. Those contractors assist us with producing the Services. All those contractors are bound to protect PII using procedures reasonably equivalent to ours. We do not sell the information we collect to third parties. We also may disclose PII to attorneys, collection agencies, or law enforcement authorities to address potential, Terms of Use violations, other contract violations, or illegal behavior. And we reserve the right to disclose any information in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand; to comply with the law; in connection with a threat of litigation; to investigate or report illegal activity; to protect the legal rights of users or our Platforms; or to enforce our rights or defend claims.

E. Accessing and Correcting Your PII

You can access and change any PII we store by using the Edit Profile feature after logging in to the Website.

F. Amendment of This Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version on this page or on a successor page. The new version will become effective on the date it's posted, which will be listed at the top of the page as the new Effective Date.
