Meredith Foster Headshot Meredith Foster is the founder of Truth In Beauty Consulting, a company that partners with businesses that provide clients services in the beauty and wellness industries to set a higher standard for operations, education, and delivery of service.

She is a licensed esthetician in Illinois who has been practicing since 2002. She holds a bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University. Her experience includes building a cosmetic dermatology practice for the Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group.

Meredith has also worked in a variety of retail, spa and salon environments within the beauty industry. Meredith is a published thought leader and has been featured in Skin Inc. magazine and on the Career Girl Network.

She currently provides independent consultant services educating estheticians nationwide on chemical peel execution and client care protocols as well as provides direct patient care in a private dermatology practice in Chicago, IL.
