Proper Digestion Starts in Your Head
Millions of Americans suffer from digestive disturbances each and every day, from constipation and IBS to gas and bloating.

Many of these folks are on medications that can end up doing more harm than good and result in complications such as gallbladder disease and osteoporosis.

Not only that, but proper digestion is essential for optimal health, and the key to feeling well and vital. So if you don't have a healthy digestive system, your whole health suffers.

So, what's the answer?

What if how your food looked and smelled could help?

It can.

Digestion doesn't start once your food reaches your intestines, it actually starts with your eyes and nose.

There is actually a digestive process that begins when you smell and look at the food you're about to eat and really take it in. This process helps get your digestive juices swirling and ready to accept what is coming their way.

The problem? Eating on the run, the overload of packaged food without a real scent, eating so fast you don't even taste the food much less smell it... all of these can disrupt that preparatory process. Your pancreas is not ready, your digestive juices are not swirling, and you end up with undigested food, gas and bloating, heartburn and acid reflux.

You can easily remedy this by slowing down when you eat and preparing your food with aromatic, flavorful spices and bright colors.

Chewing is also key... the act of chewing activates the necessary neurotransmitter responses for proper digestion.
