Super Size Me: 10 Years Later
Super Size Me is an American documentary that follows Morgan Spurlock for a 30-day period as he strictly eats only McDonald's. Sounds disgusting, right? But Spurlock wanted to highlight and focus on how unhealthy and damaging fast food is on your body and mind.

The results were eye opening. Spurlock gained 24 ½ pounds, saw a 13 percent body mass increase, reached a cholesterol level of 230 and experienced mood swings, sexual dysfunction and fat accumulation in his liver.

Ten years later, processed fatty foods are still in high demand and health issues such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease are on the rise.

Have you ever experienced physical symptoms (bloating, fatigue, heart burn, upset stomach, headaches) and emotional symptoms (irritable, mood swings, etc.) after you've eaten unhealthy foods?

It's time to change what and how you eat.

Author, holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach, detox expert and professionally trained healthy gourmet chef, Alexandra Jamieson, CHHC, AADP, shares why it's important to eat real food, as well as ways to get yourself to love to cook for yourself again.
