The Ins & Outs of Paleo Cooking
When Elana Amsterdam was diagnosed with celiac disease, she turned to a gluten-free diet.

Unfortunately, she wasn't getting the results she had hoped for and still suffered some of the effects of the disease. So, she tried going grain-free.

It made all the difference.

Now, after experimenting with different ingredients and recipes, she has found a way of eating and living that makes her feel the best she's ever felt.

Even if you don't suffer from something like celiac, grains can still make you tired and sluggish.

Remember, going "Paleo" doesn't mean that you sit around eating meat all day. In fact, the concept of Paleo relies heavily on lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, as well as healthy fats like avocados.

What might you want to include in your pantry if you decide to go grain-free? Almond flour, almonds, chocolate, coconut oil, and coconut flour are just a few things to get you started.

Join Elana as she shares some secrets to grain-free and Paleo cooking, as well as the benefits you can realize from eating this way.
